Farmer's Market

Here's a good Thanksgiving activity for younger students, where they will set up a play Farmer's Market, using magazine food cut-outs. Farmers will set prices, devise strategies to sell their foods, and buyers will have play money and try to negotiate prices. For elementary (rather than PreK students), have prices in dollars and cents, and practice giving change. Need some printable play money to use? Try the link below:
